**Description** :

There are already several \_spec and fixtures for various plugins, many of these reside in the plugins directly. I would like to move all specs and fixtures out of the plugins directly and into the root /spec. Doing this is the first step in starting to write automated tests for all plugins.

There should be no issues with this unless you are running your own build scripts or otherwise using these \_specs.
