I understand from the earlier reply that the developers don't want the
message format used on RabbitMQ to be considered a "public" API at this
stage.
Would you consider supporting a Python and/or C++ API that speaks the
RabbitMQ format? Then people could link against that code and do the
type of things I described in ganglia-nagios-bridge and
syslog-nagios-bridge. When you do want to change the message format,
you would need to release newer versions of the Python and/or C++ libs.
