Is there a way to have the client install and not start checking right away. We want to configure a delay on the checks/reporting issues until one of our application is done installing from Chef. We are getting alerts on content that will be resolved after the application is installed.
Is there a configuration setting for this?

Post deployment, you can update the subscription settings in client configuration via chef. So if you have a bunch of checks mapped
to a subscription these get activated post deployment.
