Docs changes: Overview content on main category pages and "Contribute" sidebar

I have updates on two more docs changes!

  1. We moved overview-type content to the main pages of our docs categories. For example, the information now displayed at https://docs.sensu.io/sensu-go/latest/api/ was previously in a separate “API Overview” page.

  2. We added a “Contribute” item to the top of the right-hand sidebar on every page, with links that allow you to edit the current page, create a docs issue, and read the Sensu docs contributing guide. We already have these links tucked away at the bottom-left of every page, but we want to make them easier to find for anyone who is interested in contributing!
